Service Description

This is an online comprehensive assessment of cognitive, educational, and social-emotional components that affect educational performance. The battery includes an IQ test and achievement test to assess for learning disabilities; short-term and long-term memory deficits, processing issues etc. and information gathering for possible social, emotional, behavioral medical, educational, mental health, and family history which may influence a child's learning. This assessment includes interviews with parents, guardians and teachers. Tests Include; Tests: IQ/Cognitive Achievement Student interview and self-report inventories Parent and teacher report forms Time: 1- hour parent interview 4 hours of testing online with student (over 2 separate days) Up to 1 hour of record reviews 1-hour feedback session Cost: $1000-1200 (based on test battery selected)
